Intensive Reset
A focused nervous system recalibration experience for Black women navigating chronic stress, emotional overload, or high-stakes decision fatigue.
This immersive format allows us to work deeply and efficiently so your body can begin returning to regulation.
When High Functioning Starts to Feel Unsustainable
Many Black women are accustomed to carrying significant responsibility.
Professional leadership.
Family expectations.
Community involvement.
Over time, constant output can keep the nervous system in a persistent state of activation.
You may notice:
• decision fatigue
• reduced emotional range
• sleep disruption
• difficulty recovering from stress
• the sense that your body never fully powers down
An intensive allows us to interrupt this pattern and begin restoring stability.
What an Intensive Reset Is
An Intensive Reset is an extended therapeutic session designed to create meaningful progress in a concentrated period of time.
Rather than spreading the work across many weekly sessions, we dedicate several uninterrupted hours to focused recalibration.
This format allows us to:
• identify key stress patterns
• process unresolved emotional load
• regulate the nervous system
• establish practical strategies for sustainable functioning
Many clients experience significant clarity and relief from having uninterrupted space to address issues that have been accumulating for years.
What the Process Looks Like
Before the intensive, you complete a structured intake and we have a 90 minute session so we can identify the areas that need the most attention.
During the session we focus on:
• nervous system regulation
• processing unresolved emotional stress
• identifying patterns contributing to overload
• building practical strategies for sustainable functioning
The goal is to create meaningful internal shifts while also leaving you with clear tools you can continue using after the session.
Investment
Two formats are available:
6-Hour Intensive
$2,100
12-Hour Intensive
$4,200
Intensives are scheduled on designated days to allow uninterrupted time for the work.
Next Step
Because intensives require preparation and scheduling coordination, the first step is a Clarity Call.
During this call we will review:
• your current concerns
• whether an intensive is the appropriate format
• scheduling availability
