Private Support
A structured 90-day support container for Black women navigating chronic stress, high responsibility, and nervous system fatigue.
This format provides consistent recalibration while you continue leading in your professional and personal life.
When Responsibility Never Turns Off
Many of the women I work with are accustomed to being the stable one.
The person others rely on.
The one who keeps things functioning.
Over time, constant responsibility can train the nervous system to remain activated even during rest.
You may notice:
• persistent fatigue
• decision exhaustion
• irritability
• sleep disruption
• reduced emotional range
Private Support provides a consistent structure for restoring nervous system regulation while you continue managing your responsibilities.
What Private Support Is
Private Support is a three-month container designed for women who benefit from ongoing support rather than a single intensive session.
Instead of attempting to resolve long-standing patterns in one meeting, we work steadily across several months to help your nervous system regain stability.
This allows space for:
• deeper understanding of stress patterns
• consistent nervous system regulation
• sustainable changes in how you respond to pressure and responsibility
What Is Included
Private Support includes:
• one 60-minute strategy session each month
• ongoing communication through Voxer for questions and guidance
• structured prompts and recalibration practices
• support implementing sustainable changes in daily life
This format allows for both reflection and real-time course correction.
Private Support Is Often Helpful For Women Who
• are accustomed to carrying significant responsibility
• want consistent guidance rather than a one-time session
• are navigating ongoing professional or family pressures
• want to rebuild emotional capacity and nervous system stability
